I had a fantastic stay at Smartrental Collection Gran Via Capital. The location was perfect, as it allowed me to easily walk or take the metro to anywhere I wanted to go in Madrid. The apartment itself was clean and lovely, with a well-stocked kitchen for those who wanted to cook. The amenities provided, such as towels and soap, made my stay even more convenient. I particularly enjoyed the pool, a great way to cool off after exploring the city. The friendly and helpful staff added to the positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, and excellent facilities.
the breakfast offered at the hotel was not worth it, especially when there are more affordable options just a few blocks away.

We loved the beautiful design and cleanliness of the apartments. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, providing us with everything we needed for our baby. The location was perfect, with easy access to multiple subway stations and everything we wanted to see in the city centre.

In short, we would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay. The leisure facilities were excellent and the rooftop pool was a highlight of our trip. The flat-screen TV and electric kettle were also nice touches that made our stay more comfortable. The lift and wheelchair access made it easy for us to navigate the hotel. The no pets allowed and no smoking on site policy made for a clean and healthy environment. All in all, we had a wonderful time here and would definitely come back again!
